Shipping and Returns:
We ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary. Customers can expect in-stock items to be shipped within 7-14 business days. For customers based on the East Coast, shipping takes about 7-10 days; for those based on the West Coast, it might take up to two weeks to arrive given the current widespread freight service delay caused by COVID. Our warehouse does not operate 24 hours a day, so please be patient. You will receive your package shipment confirmation via email once they have shipped. Delivery takes longer for Mega size items - please expect additional 4-8 weeks for shipping.
All sales are final. We ONLY accept exchanges for defective items. To be eligible for an exchange, please send an email with any relevant info (such as your order number, date of purchase, and images of the damaged item) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our policy lasts 3 days for exchanges. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. For cancellation, you must cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment.
Full refunds will only be issued if a pre-order item has been delayed extendedly for over two months. For those who wish to cancel after one month's delay, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Preordered items get delayed all the time for reasons beyond our control. It's unfortunate when situations like this happen, but we also understand that it wouldn't be fair to have you wait forever without a due date in sight. In this case, the customer can either request a full refund or 10% off the entire order. For instance, if a product is scheduled to ship in January and is still unavailable at the end of March, a customer can reach out to our customer service to proceed with either option. Please note that chargeback is not the way to get your money back. For those who decide to charge back with the bank, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do once the chargeback process is initiated. The bank will withdraw the money from us and start its own investigation, which can take about 72 days. Your bank will release the amount to you once they reach a decision.
For packages that are stolen after they have been delivered to your address, we do not provide refunds or replacements. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the product, you'll need to contact the delivery provider directly to enquire about it. If you can't find your shipment and suspect it's been lost, stolen, or misdelivered, please file a claim with the delivery provider. We will supply you with any information you require to submit this claim, but we will not make the phone call or complete the claim form on your behalf. We also do not offer any refunds for items that are slightly shorter or taller than the height listed in the item description.
If your item is returned to our warehouse as "Undeliverable" for any reason, you have the option of having it re-shipped at your expense or receive a store credit for the amount you paid for the product(s), less a 15% restocking charge.
Please note that if you are purchasing multiple items that include both preorders and in-stock products, please purchase them in separate orders so we can process and ship the in-stock items as soon as possible. If you place both preordered items and in-stock items in the same order, we will ship everything together when the preorders become available.
Please keep in mind that if you pre-order a product, the inventory has not yet arrived at the Artional warehouse and may still be in production. Although it is unusual, unexpected complications during production may cause an item to be delayed. Delivery times may then vary due to these factors outside our control. Our customer support team will provide you with an updated delivery estimate. We do not offer any refunds or compensation of any kind to customers whose preordered products arrive later than our published ship dates. We have no control over the date that the manufacturer ships to us.
All preorders are charged to your credit card at the moment of purchase, regardless of when the product is expected to arrive. We base the size of our order on the number of preorders we get. Therefore, it's important to honor the pre-orders placed. Please make preorder purchases carefully. Even though we sympathize with you that sometimes things happen, there will be no exceptions. We take customers who file chargebacks against us very seriously and will pursue legal actions to protect our rights if needed.
As stated before, please note that if you are purchasing multiple items that include both preorders and in-stock products, please purchase them in separate orders so we can process and ship the in-stock items as soon as possible. If you place both preordered items and in-stock items in the same order, we will ship everything together when the preorders become available.

Verbal abuse, hate speech, and overall negativity will not be tolerated. Our customer support team members are doing the best they can to assist customers while abiding by our store policies. Threats of any sort, including threatening to start a case against us, will be blocked and reported.
